Return & Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You receive the wrong item

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. However, if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are still entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Blyneo will cover the return shipping costs.

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
